How to choose the right BTEXPERT heater
-
Match BTU to your space
Heat output determines how much warmth you get. The BTEXPERT Pyramid model provides 48,000 BTU for larger patios. The tabletop unit offers 50,000 BTU in a smaller footprint. Higher BTU means more intense heat. You should select based on your area size. Larger spaces need higher output to stay comfortable. Smaller areas work well with the tabletop version. Check the BTU rating before buying to ensure adequate coverage for your outdoor setup.
-
Choose the right mount type
Mount type defines where you place the heater. The Pyramid model is a floor-standing unit. It stands 89.9 inches tall. The other option is a tabletop design. It sits on surfaces like tables. Tabletop models save floor space. They are ideal for tight areas. Floor models offer more stability. Choose based on your available surface area and how you plan to use the unit outdoors.
-
Consider weight and mobility
Weight affects how easy it is to move. The Pyramid heater weighs 53 pounds. It is heavier and stays put. The tabletop model weighs only 34 pounds. It is lighter and easier to carry. The tabletop version also includes wheels. Wheels make repositioning simpler. You can move it often. If you need portability, choose the lighter model. For stability, the heavier floor unit is better.
-
Check the physical dimensions
Dimensions ensure the heater fits your space. The Pyramid model is 19.5 inches wide. It has a square base footprint. The tabletop model is 32 inches wide. It takes up more surface area. Height matters for clearance. The Pyramid stands nearly 90 inches tall. The tabletop is 87 inches tall. Measure your patio or table area first. Ensure the unit fits without blocking pathways or views.
-
Select your preferred design
Design impacts both style and heat distribution. The Pyramid model features a black glass tube. It offers a visible flame aesthetic. This suits buyers who want style. The tabletop model has a round shape. It comes in a bronze color. Both use propane for fuel. Choose the design that matches your patio decor. The glass tube adds visual appeal. The round shape offers a different look.
