Who it fits
Good fit for
This heater suits homeowners who want a high-output standing unit for large patios or decks. The 48,000 BTU rating works well for covering wide areas during cool evenings. If you value durability, the stainless steel build resists weather damage over time. The electronic ignition is ideal for users who prefer quick, hassle-free lighting without manual matches. The anti-tip sensor provides peace of mind for families with children or pets nearby. The two wheels help you reposition the heavy unit easily.
Who should skip it
You should look at another option if you need a portable, low-profile heater. This unit stands 92 inches tall and requires a standard 20lb propane tank, which adds height and weight. If you prefer infrared heating or electric options, this propane model is not suitable. The manual temperature control knob may feel less precise than digital displays. Additionally, if you want a heater that fits under a standard ceiling without hanging, the 92-inch height may be too large for your covered patio space.
Verdict: The Nexgrill Sundara 92 offers robust heat output and durable stainless steel construction for large outdoor spaces. Its electronic ignition and safety features make it a practical choice for regular use.

Size: 92 inches H
This standing unit stands 92 inches tall. The height positions the heat source above you, providing overhead warmth. It covers a larger area effectively without taking up excessive floor space. The construction is designed for long-lasting durability in outdoor environments. You do not need to worry about immediate degradation from weather exposure, provided you maintain it properly.
The unit stands 92 inches tall with a base measuring 32 inches by 32 inches. This height provides overhead warmth, casting heat downward onto your seating area rather than just warming the air around you. The wide base contributes to stability, which is important for a tall standing heater. It weighs enough to stay put but includes two wheels for easy repositioning when you need to move it to a different spot on your patio.
Controls are located on the main body. An electronic ignition system allows for one-button start-up, making lighting quick and hassle-free. You can increase warmth for guests or lower it for a cozy evening.
Safety is built into the design. An anti-tip auto shut-off sensor detects if the unit is knocked over. It automatically turns off the gas to prevent fire hazards. Mobility is handled by two wheels. You can easily roll the heater to reposition it for better coverage or to move it for storage. The stainless steel construction requires no special maintenance beyond normal outdoor care. The electronic ignition and simple controls make routine operation straightforward for you.
Before You Buy This Heater
You should verify that your propane tank fits the standard 20-pound size. The lift tank access cylinder makes refueling simple, but you must supply the fuel yourself. Since the unit weighs substantial stainless steel, ensure your patio surface is level. The two wheels help with mobility, but moving it fully loaded requires care. Check that you have adequate clearance around the 92-inch height to avoid overhead obstructions. This model offers 48,000 BTUs, which is powerful for medium spaces. If you need higher output, look at other options. If you prefer a smaller footprint, consider lower BTU models. The electronic ignition is convenient, but you may want to keep matches nearby as a backup. Regular cleaning of the stainless steel finish will maintain its appearance. This heater fits well if you value durable construction and easy temperature control. It stands out for its anti-tip safety feature. Compare it against other stainless steel models to find the best fit for your outdoor layout.
